At first glance, Rudder s Rangers may seem like little
more than a ground for Rambo types. In reality, it s a field
training school for men in the Corps looking for more ex
citement and adventure. The group pushes its members to
reach their fullest potential in the field and in classes.

With field exercises and physical training, the Rudder’s Rang
ers push themselves to the limits of physical endurance and
emotional strength. The company, named in honor of Major
General Earl Rudder, is designed to increase leadership abil
ity, aggressiveness, and the ability to think. Co-editor Bill
