The company had originally set a deadline of March 15 for seeking credit on the tickets and May 31 for using the tickets purchased before the airline filed for bankruptcy. Continental asked the court to grant a six-month extension for both deadlines. Attorney General Jim Mattox said the extension was sought after his office received com plaints against Continental last fall. Though agreeing to the terms of the extension, Conti nental officials said they did not admit violating the . state’s con sumer protection law. If the bankruptcy court ap proves the request, Mattox and Continental will file a similar as surance of voluntary compli ance in a Harris County state district court. Search ends for 3 men United Press International GALVESTON — The Coast Guard Tuesday planned to end its search at nightfall for three men missing in the Gulf of Mexico since Sunday. The men — Aramis Fernan dez, George Nunez and Chuck Murray, all of Houston and all 22 — have been the target of an air and sea search during day light since Sunday afternoon, when crew members on a work boat spotted their overturned 17-foot fishing boat 30 miles out in the Gulf from Freeport. The three left on a fishing trip Saturday morning and did not return, relatives said. $6M4jlman THEATRES SH OFF ADULT TICKETS I 1«t SHOW SAT.-SUN STUDENT DISC. MON .-WED. s 2 WITH I.D.
