Two regional managers for his company — Burton Purdy of San Antonio and Manuel J. Eres of Green Acres, Wash. — were convicted of eight counts each. U.S. District Judge Eldon Mahon set sentencing. West brook faces up to 90 years in prison and fines totalling $27,000. Eres and Purdy each could get up to 40 years in prison and $ 17,000 in fines.
