Under Fire: More South Amer-
ican intrigue, this time with Nicke
Nolte and Gene Hackman. Hopeful
ly it's better than Beyond the Limit.
Rated R.
The Erotic World of Angel
Cash: Another X-rated movie.
Come on now, when you've seen
one you've seen them all.

Octopussy: James Bond is back
again, this time with Maud Adams
in what has to be the silliest title yet
in the Ian Fleming series. Rated R.
Friday and Saturday.
Eating Raoul: The camp film of
last year and a sleeper at that. It
appears that your average American
couple decide that killing people to
supply their roadside diner is easier
than supporting the tired, the poor
and the restless. Rated R. Friday
and Saturday. Midnight. Rudder
Theater.
Gregory's Girl: This Scottish
film covers the old story of growing
up in a slightly different way. It all
starts when Gregory is replaced on
the soccer team by a girl. Rated PG.
Sunday 7:30 p.m. Rudder Theater.

lever Say Never Again: Sean
Connery returns as James Bond to

Ernst Stavro Blofeld. Rated PG.
1 rading Places: Eddie Murphy
and Dan Akroyd star in this humor
ous prince-and-the-pauper story.
These two talents come together to
make one of the funniest comedies
released this summer. For good en
tertainment come see this one.
Rated R.

Educating Rita: Michael Caine
stars as an alcoholic professor who
falls in love with, you guessed it,
Rita. Rated PG.
Rocky Horror Picture Show: A
classic cult film with a transsexual

nocents. This mm is a wonaerful so
cial commentary and spoof on hor
ror films. Midnight. Rated R.

Deal of the Century: Chevy
Chase tries one more time. He
hasn't scored with a decent comedy
since Foul Play, but with co-stars
Sigourney Weaver and Gregory
Hines he may have a shot. Rated R.
Richard Pryor Here and Now:
More of Pryor, this time in New
Orleans. Expect the usual topics —
sex, drugs and growing up. Rated
R.
Risky Business: A delightful
change of pace as far as teen-age
adventures go. This particular film
has wit and charm despite a few plot
problems. Probably one of the most
underrated films of the summer and
fall. Rated R.
Schulman Six
775-2468
Th e Big Chill: A promising new
movie. The story's about college
buddies drifting apart. In college
they all had been the non
conformists, but they now have be
come members of the establish
ment. Rated R.
Mr. Mom: A new movie with no
new ideas. The movie is what hap
pens when daddy stays at home and
mommy goes to work. Rated R.
Th e Osterman Weekend: A spy
thriller starring Rutger Hauer, of
Blade Runner fame. Rated R.
Stryke
cer: We still have nothing
to go’ on with this one, but the name
sounds interesting. Rated R.
Tender Mercies: Stacy Keach is a
down-and-out drifter, once a big
country star, who settles down to
begin a new life with a family. This is
another of the year's better pictures.
Rated PG.

Deadly Force and National
Lampoon's Class Reunion: This
unlikely combination puts a sus
pense with a comedy that "missed"
more than a few theaters across the
country, perhaps for good reason.
Rated R.

The Man from Snowy River
and Max Dugan Returns:
This has got to Be the best double
feature at a drive-in for quite a
while. If you missed Snowy River
elsewhere in town, this is your
chance. Rated PG.

not even Thanksgiving,
Christmas really is just
around the corner. Unfor
tunately, dead week and fin
als soon will occupy much of
our time, and Christmas gift
selections often are forgotten
until it's almost too late. This
week's issue may help you
decide on gifts early. See
