home for the child. At first no
one volunteered because many
feared they would catch the dis
ease. But authorities said that af
ter a public plea was made,
almost 30 people have offered to
help care for the baby.

social worker at the Jackson
Memorial Hospital, where the
girl was first admitted on June

While the seminar is intended primarily for leaders, potential
officers, or officers of student organizations, it is open to any
Texas A&M student interested in learning more about working with
student groups.
Students interested in taking the course
