Fire destroys Ultra-light j apartment units United Press International SAN ANTONIO — A three- alarm fire that raged out of control for more than an hour destroyed about two-thirds of an uncom pleted $6 million apartment com plex early Thursday officials said. Firefighters responded to the blaze at about 10:30 p.m. Wednesday, but winds gusting up to 15 mph spread flames to nearby units and the fire was not brought under control until 12:1 la.m. The flames could be seen for about four miles.
