Carl Onofrietti, 45, who worked at Foley’s Department Store, was indicted Wednesday on one count of theft and one count of misapplication of funds. Assistant District Attorney Mel Pechacek said as director of loss prevention, Onofrietti was responsible for paying rewards for the recovery of stolen mer chandise in Foley’s stores in Houston, San Antonio and Au stin.
