But as Illinois Attorney Gen eral Tyrone Fahner discounted Tuesday the possibility of a “copycat” killer in California, a truck driver was found dead in his rig in Tennessee with three foil-wrapped Tylenol capsules in the seat beside him. The body of Thomas Isbell, 46, of Kenton, Tenn., was trans ported to Memphis for an auto psy and two of the capsules were shipped to Memphis to be analy zed, authorities said. Fahner said “we see no link” between the Chicago deaths and a California man poisoned by Tylenol capsules tainted with strychnine.
