McKINNEY — A Plano nurs
ing home, accused of neglecting
its residents, was placed under a
temporary restraining order
Friday requiring it to upgrade
patient care.
State District Judge John

ing Center to keep the facility
and residents clean, treat bed
sores, administer medications
and treatments properly and
keep proper records.
The restraining order was
