Texas A&M kCulkt The Battalion Sports April 9, 1982/Page 11 Softball team hosts Aggie Invitational this weekend Triathlon Three-sport event slated Saturday I : It’s a small tournament, but bb Brock says that doesn’t mean it’s going to be an easy one. ■ Brock and the Texas A&M women’s softball team host the four-team Aggie Invitational to day and Saturday at Travis Park in Bryan. The tournament, a double-elimination touney, in- dudes Sam Houston State, Min nesota, South Carolina and Texas A&M. The Lady Bearkats have the top record of the four teams, bringing a 26-1 mark into the tourney. Texas A&M has a 25-3 record, while South Carolina is 21-3 and Minnesota is 5-6. But Brock says Minnesota’s record may be deceiving. “From looking at the four teams’ records, it’s going to be a good tournament,” Brock said. “We’ve been working on our hit ting all week. We should be ready with basically the same team we’ve had all season. We’re going to give it all we’ve got. All three of the other teams are going to be good — even Minne sota’s good with that 5-6 re cord.” Shan McDonald, with a 12-2 overall record and a 0.43 ERA, will start Aggies’ first game against Minnesota at 1 today on Field C at Travis. Texas A&M will then play SHSU at 3 on Field B, South Carolina at 6:30 on Field B and Minnesota again at 8:30 on Field C. : I’.S. population lion people, have onvulsive clisordi Louis team loo etween increased and age svhenej age when them ace, sex or fantiltl ilepsy. ,1 i Iso was no appil 1 relapse to thei seizures childrenij re treatment, butj appeared quite J vho had hadsenJ than six years, i &M tennis team slams Lobos I The Texas A&M men’s tennis team prepared for today’s match with the No. 2-ranked SMU Mustangs by defeating the Nbw Mexico Lobos 9-0 Thurs day at the Omar Smith Tennis Center. ■Coach David Kent’s Aggies are 21-5 for the season and are in third place in the Southwest Conference.
