Listings for television programs
this week are incomplete. Focus'
supplier in New York sent the pre
printed listings normally in the
magazine, but they never arrived
in College Station.

Erotic film dispute ends in laughter
On-screen sex is okay ... as long as it's funny.
That seems to be the theory behind a decision at Northern
Illinois University to replace a highly controversial Erotic Week
film program with a Comedy Week program that includes one
X-rated film.
The X-rating of the Erotic Week films drew state-wide atten
tion. The state Board of Regents and the Legislature considered
placing a ban on X-rated films at state-supported schools, and
NIU president William Monat decided to ban Erotic Week.
The administrators apparently don't object to the Comedy
Week replacement, even though one of the films scheduled is
the X-rated comedy "Debbie Does Dallas."
