Small farm owners in general have come upon hard times in recent years and state Agriculture Commis sioner James Graham says blacks are not the only group affected. Others claim that black farmers are victims of racial discrimination. Experts give several reasons for Cooperative Education in the Col lege of Liberal Arts has four posi tions available in probation offices in Brenham, Caldwell, and Bryan.
