Association One of many ethnic awards to organize AF veterans Scot scholarship offered The Air Force Association will hold an organizational meeting at the Ramada Inn at 7:30 p.m. Fri day, to open a Bryan-College Sta tion chapter. Vic Kregal, national president of the association, will address the meeting. The Academic Services office at Texas A&M University has a num ber of graduate scholarships availa ble, including a new one for stu dents of Scottish descent who will seek graduate study in Scotland. Connie Porter, academic services counselor, said the new Saint An drew’s Society Scholarships will be awarded on the basis of the appli cant’s record of academic achieve ment, participation in extra curricular activities, responsible leadership, financial need and em ployment, evidence of Scottish des cent and a statement of personal objectives. Academic Services will handle screening of applicants, who must have a grade point ratio of 3.2 or above, and select one student to represent Texas A&M University. Other graduate scholarships are also available through the Adi Services office for study in all of the United States.
