“MOHAMMED, MESSENGER OF GOD”: This film will be shown
at 7 p.m. in Rudder Theater. Presented by the Society of Iranian
Students and the Moslem Student Association. Admission is free

MUMMENSCHANZ: MSC Opera and Performing Arts Society will
present the famous Swiss mime theater at 8:15 p.m. in Rudder
Auditorium. Tickets are available through the MSC Box Office.
MICROCOMPUTER CLUB: Representatives of BKM Micro will
demonstrate Ohio scientific computer at 7 p.m. in Room 203,
Zachry.
INTERNATIONAL FOLKDANCERS: Will meet 7:30-10 p.m. in

CARREER PLANNING WORKSHOP: Will be held at 6:30 p.m. in

to eliminate odor

PITTSBURGH — Allegheny
County health officials have given a
suburban laboratory rat farm 10
days to clean up its act.
Health Director Mark Richards
issued the order to Zivic-Miller
Laboratories Inc. of suburban Alli
son Park after nearby residents
complained of odors emanating from
the firm.
Department investigators discov
ered that rat waste stored in a
sawdust-filled receptacle was the
source of the odors and was a breed
ing area for rodents and insects,
Richards said.
Zivic-Miller breeds white rats for
sale to laboratories for research pur
poses.
