Finals Of Finals
Thursday, April 5 is quite a night! No less than 5 sports
will have their final matches on that night.
First of all, wrestling finals in Class A start at 5:00 on the
Main Floor of G. Rollie White Coliseum. At 6:10/ the All
University Basketball Championships begins first with the
women Class A at 6:10, then Men’s Class B at 7:10 and the
Men’s Class A game at 8:10.
At the half time of the Class A men’s game, the finalists of
the Slam Dunk Contest will be judged and the new 1979
Slam Dunk Champ selected;
In G. R. White, but in room 256, the finals of Table
Tennis will be played, starting at 7:15 p. m.
Quite a night, with all those finals and more than the
usual measure of excitement. Choose your favorite sport
and come cheer for your favorite team or individual.

The ref watches intensely as two seniors

game. The event was one of the many!
seniors took part in during IM Zip Day,
Bowhunter’s Archery Shoot
Outdoor sportsman (and ladies) can raise a
cheer, Bowhunter’s Archery is here. This
semester we have added a new event to the
already long list of intramural sports. The
event is limited to those with outdoor hunt
ing equipment, this includes compound bows
over 40 pounds and recurve bows.
The event will consist of target shooting
from distances of 20, 30, and 40 feet. Di
visions include Men’s Sight, Men’s non
sight, and Women’s All Inclusive. For fur
ther information and entry forms, stop by the
Intramural Office in DeWare Fieldhouse.

licts. DDT won 68-32.

Texas A&M Badminton Club is
offering a tournament this
weekend, April 6 & 7.
