Acclaimed as America's leading illusionist and foremost inventor
of magical effects, Andre Kole^has mystified hundreds of millions in
the last 12 years with elaborate and baffling full-stage productions of
illusion. Spending more than 60% of his time each year on tour, he
and his family have performed throughout the United States and in
more than 68 countries in North and South America, Europe, Asia
and Africa. Millions of other individuals have witnessed his incredible
talent via special televised appearances aired in more than 40 countries
and several hundred copies of his two films now circulating worldwide.
To date, Mr. Kole'has addressed more than 3,250 separate university
audiences. *
A number of years ago, Andre Kole was challenged to investigate
the miracles of Christ from the viewpoint of an illusionist. In making
this investigation, he discovered some facts that changed the entire
course of his life.

David Britton is the "Hollywood”

The junior college transfer from

during player introductions. He

And on occasion Britton, like
Henderson, will talk to anyone who
will listen. He talked Saturday night
after the Aggies had defeated Texas
Tech 68-63.
“1 was rooting for Texas (which de
feated USC in Austin’s Special
Events Center) today,” Britton said.
“Kentucky went three years without
losing at home. Houston had never
lost three in a row. Arkansas had
never lost three in a row. I wanted
the Longhorns to be 22-0 (in the
Superdrum). That way I can say that
I was part of history' again.”
Texas A&M coach Shelby Metcalf
agreed that defeating Texas in the
Superdrum tonight would be reason
to revise the history books.
“This team has made a lot of his
tory,” Metcalf said Saturday night. "I
just hope they can write one more
chapter.”
The chapter that the Aggies wrote
Saturday evening will tell about how
Texas A&M, down 35-30 at halftime,
came back and defeated the Bed
Raiders in front of7,763 people in G.
Rollie White Coliseum and 600
people watching on closed circuit
television in Rudder Auditorium.
“In the first half, I just wasn’t
doing anything the way 1 was sup
posed to,” said Aggie freshman Rudy
Woods, who allowed Tech’s Joe Bax
ter to hit six of six field goals in the
initial period. “I seemed to have
been in a trance. In the second half, I
snuck out of it and started doing like I
should have. ” Woods was the game’s
leading scorer with 21 points.
Britton found another reason for
Texas A&M’s second half re
surgence.
“Our crowd is intimidw
observed. Players all an E
conference will say that thejl
doesn t bother them. hutGE
bothers them. This place isJ
I love it.”
Obviously, the LonghonJ
