Pearson is retiring from the position

ment of Management.
It was announced that a schol
arship has been established by the
College of Business Administration.
The size of the scholarship has not
yet been determined. Harry Zen-
ner, chairman of the appreciation
dinner committee, said contribu
tions to establish the scholarship are
being accepted and base been for
the past two months.
A portrait of Pearson was un
veiled at the dinner and will he
presented to the University.
Pearson came to Texas A&M in
1963 and was director of the school
of Business. He was named dean oi

tion when it opened in 1968.
