I A run-off will be held between ■nice Robeck and Ann Jones, can- ftdates for the A&M Consolidated spool board. I The ward system of electing city buncilmen was eliminated Satur- fty, so council members will be lected at large in the future. The fexas A&M campus was divided Ito two wards after voters narrowly ftproved the system last year. 1 Bravenec was re-elected when his jpponent Karl Crawley, a Texas |&M sophomore, received 311 votes; Bravenec received 1,666. In the school board elections, Bill Wasson was elected to fill the posi tion vacated by Roger Feldman, who did not seek re-election. The other position will be filled after a run-ofi election between Robeck and Jones. Robeck, who is currently serving as school hoard president, received 1,018 votes, Jones, a home maker received 959 votes. Voters also approved a $9.2 mil lion bond issue to improve water and sewer systems and streets, buy park land, and pay for additional city buildings. Homer Adams defeated Ward 2 opponent David Pugh 260-159, and Patricia Bough ton won the Ward 4 vote 406-306 over Tony Jones.
