HOUSTON — A former pa

demand for a lawyer before the

old former Army paratrooper was
found dead in Buffalo Bayou three
days later.
Brinkmeyer has pleaded guilty to
a misdemeanor civil rights violation
and agreed to testify against Terry
Denson, Stephen Orlando, Joseph
Janish and Louis Kinney, who face
possible life imprisonment on felony;
