THE BATTALION THURSDAY, DECEMBER 8, 1977 Page 7 Brahma bull not welcome at post office United Press International OKLAHOMA CITY — The best cowboys in the world were in town, but they weren’t able to corral a Brahma bull which interrupted the U.S. mail Wednesday. The horned bull escaped from Husband Brothers Packing Co., about five blocks from the post of fice, “Some guys from the packing plant were trying to catch him, and that bull jumped right up onto the dock,” Joe Carrel, dock supervisor, said. “He was full grown, with the hump and all.” “I got pretty close to him, with something between me and him,” Carrel said. “And he didn’t have any postage"on him so I wanted some body to come and get him and take him back.” The bull finally was shot and hauled away to the packing house. Students have submitted a total of 25 projects aimed at designing the best veterinary medicine facility team consists of both design and veterinary medicine students. Results of the annual competition ll be announced at 10 a.m., Dec. 16 in the Langford Architecture Centers main gallery. First prize is $500 with $300 going for second and $200 for third.
