Peirce’s inclusions this year was based on his short story “Time Bomb’’ which appeared last fall in Ellery Queen’s Mys tery Magazine. “Time Bomb” was the 14th story of his to be accepted by the magazine. It will be translated into Dutch, said the writer and teacher who is about to begin his 31st year at Texas A&M Univer sity. Aerospace engineering senior Robert L. Winkler of San Anto nio has been honored for his con tributions to the 1975 Apollo- Soyuz Test Project while he was a Texas A&M University co-op student. Winkler held cooperative education positions at NASA’s Johnson Space Center during the world’s first international space flight.
