A spokesman for Lance s Office of Management and Budget said he was told at least two trips were made on hank aircraft to last year s Democratic National Convention. He disputed the “hundreds” figure. It could not be determined if the National Bank of Georgia was reim bursed for the unexplained flights or whether they were paid for by bank funds. PI Labor Secretary Ray Marshall, interviewed yesterday on the CBS-TV’s “Face the Nation,” said of the growing inquiry into Lance’s personal finances, “It’s obvious he cannot devote his full attention to that job while he’s worried about these other charges that lie’s be concerned about.” The Americans for Deiaj Action issued a statement Lance’s resignation, sayingif dent Carter retains himitj perpetuate the cronyism off ship and discredit honest, and idealistic government." ish One aspect of Lance’s act ^ expected to be brought up isj trips by aircraft owned tional Bank of Georgia The Battalion Classified AGGIELAND REFUND POUCY "Yearbook fees are refundable in full during the semester in which payment is made.
