FOR THE SPRING SEMESTER
Makeups For Seniors & Graduates Only
How Until February 11
KDFW-TV, a Dallas-based tele
vision station with the potential for
reaching a larger number of viewers
than any other station in the South
west, has produced a special on
Texas A&M University for prime
time airing March 12.
A University spokesman said the
production provides a superb over
view of A&M, emphasizing people
and programs and including inter
views with some 10 students.
In addition to the Dallas-Fort
Worth metropolitan area, KDFW
serves a wide area of North, East
and West Texas — some 60 counties
— as well as a large portion of Okla
homa, via either direct signal or
cable connection.
The presentation will be at 10
p.m. Saturday, March 12. The sta
tion is delaying its regular newscast
30 minutes in order to show the
A&M program
KDFW officials said
make a video tape of the sho#
able to the University for
sequent showings. Represent
for both television stations!
the Bryan-College Station
KAMU and KBTX, have id
interest in showing the pn
locally.
