They will put out the March 6 and 7 issues while the regular staff is attending a confer ence in Baton Rouge. The regular staff encouraged members of the Corps, MSC, and other student groups to participate. It is hoped a greater understanding between the Batt and other campus organizations can be developed. He is Executive and Scholastic Officer of the First Brigade. The editorial policy and priorities of coverage are determined by the whole editorial staff, but the final responsibility always rests with the editor-in-chief. Kaspar also re cruited the rest of his editors, his reporters and photographers. Campus editor Josh Utterback is a sophomore journalism major from San Marcos.
