THIRD BASE THEATRICS were seen in last week’s series with Rice at Kyle Field as a scuffle erupted between A&M’s Fred Russ and Mike Macha of Rice. After colliding on a throw to third, (top) blows were exchanged (second) and Aggie coach Tom Chandler and Craig Hodges (third) hurry to break up the fight. Chandler raises a hand (bottom), signaling the Rice bench that all is under control.
