Facilities Development Program
and the formation of a committee
to recommend improvements and
additions in various recreational
These areas include outdoor
facilities, basketball courts, foot
ball fields, softball fields, bad-
mitton courts, handball courts
and volleyball courts.
The proposal states that recre
ational facilities have remained
static since 1963 with no con
cern to the increase of student
population, particularly women.
Demand has greatly exceeded the
present capabilities of the facil
ities, according to the proposal.
Senators will vote on whether
or not to recommend the mem
orial status of the Memorial Stu
dent Center be officially extend
ed to the grounds and new addi
tion of the MSC.
