Miller of Brecksville, Ohio, Fidel Rodriguez of Bishop, Andrew R. Brosh of Shiner, and Paul C. Herrington, Palestine. Newsome and Miller will com mand the First and Second Bri gades, respectively; Rodriguez and Brosh, First and Second Wings, and Herrington, the Tex as Aggie Band, Col. Thomas R. Parsons, commandant, announced. The new commanders were recommended by the 1972-73 corps commander, Ronald L. Krnavek of Corpus Christi; deputy com mander Wade Seidel of Brenham, and military advisers to the com mandant. Brigade and wing commanders hold the rank of cadet colonel. The band commander is a lieuten ant colonel. Brigades are composed of three battalions of three or four Army ROTC companies each. Each wing includes three groups of three or four Air Force ROTC squadrons. The Aggie Band consists of two company-size units for adminis trative purposes. Rodriguez is a civil engineer ing major and corps scholastic sergeant this year. He was form erly in Squadron 4. Wheelmen President Carl Cus ter said the five-mile trip starts at 2 p.m. at the new Bryan High School. Bikes should be in good condition, and riders are urged to wear bright colored clothing for easy visibility. The A&M Wheelmen is an or ganization which seeks to denim strate bicycling as a healthfi non-polluting sport and as a pra tical means of community trail porta tion.
