Bright said the banun

"These particular findings
dost represent any threat to
man, since barracuda is not nor
mally used commercially,” ha ob

concerned about the effects of
the pesticides on the survival of
the different species of fish.
Pesticides, he emphasised, tend
to aeeumatote in the fatty tis
sues, which include the reproduc
tive organa.
Bright said he plans a feasi
bility study to explore the pos
sibilities for extensive research
on the effects of pesticides in the
gulf. He said one oceanography
graduate student, Dan Taylor of
Sherman, will study the subject
for hto dissertation. •
