' '''' Listen up Company gives explanation THE BATTALION Friday, November 13, 1970 College Station, Texas Page 3 Editor: 1 am sending this letter par tially in relpy to Paul Hunt’s let ter in The Battalion dated Nov. 10 and as an informative note to all 1500 members of the Incred- itable Card program here at A&M. Mr. Hunt felt that he had been “stung” because he had not received a new C.S.C. catalogue that had been promised him when he enrolled this past sum mer. In anger, he wrote his soundoff letter to The Battalion and called Dean Hannigan and Dean Staf ford. After Mr. Hunt had sent in his letter, he got in contact with a C.S.C. representative, who explained to him why he had not received the new catalogue and that the price had changed due to addition of several new serv ices. The representative secured for Mr. Hunt the catalogue he had been promised plus the new services he was entitled to as an old C.S.C. member. However, his letter had already been sent to the Battalion and thus appeared in the Tuesday addition. This misunderstanding affords a great opportunity for Computer Services Corporation to empha size the importance of communi cation between cardholders and C.S.C. itself. The Battalion, Dean Hannigan, or Dean Stafford are not the proper channels by which to reg ister complaints and misunder standings with Computer Serv ices Corporation. The proper place is at our office at 505 Church St. in College Station or by phone at 846-4781. We would appreciate for any members who have questions concerning their membership or the policies of C.S.C. to please contact our of fice because this is the only way that we can successfully service our cardholders. Jerry G. Taylor ’67 Computer Services Corp. Division Manager ★ ★ ★ Editor: RE Ron Windham’s letter in the Oct. 22 Batt concerning the “Aggie War Hymn.” Adding verses to our fight song isn’t necessary. What Aggies are sing ing when we do the War Hymrat is the second verse. The first# which has been neglected far too long, would be much better for the other 10 football games "We play. It starts: “All hail dear old Texas A&M, Rally around Maroon and White ...” I do agree with Ron in part: let’s stop publicizing the teasips when we’re in a contest with someone else.
