Director of Student Financial Aid R. M. Logan warned that West Point Trip (Continued from Page 1) afternoon is the deadline to make final payments. Students started making reser vations the last week of school in May. The flight will leave Houston at 6 p.m. Friday and arrive at Newark, N. J., at 10 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time. The return flight will leave Newark at 6 p.m. EDT Sunday and arrive in Houston at 8:20 p.m. CDT. Dean of Students James P. Hannigan said Wednesday that the university had as yet no policy concerning excused absences for those traveling on the charter flight. He explained that it is first necessary for someone to apply for one on behalf of all those going on the trip. “I will be glad to handle it for them if someone will come to me and discuss it,” he said. Each person, male or female, is responsible for game tickets and meals, with the exception of meals aboard the aircraft, Dun ham pointed out. Two nights lodging in New York City’s Midtown Hotel with four persons per room is in cluded in the trip cost. Married couples will have to pay $12 extra, Dunham said. Transportation to the game at West Point will be provided by chartered bus. It will be the first meeting of the two tradition-laden schools. A rivalry could develop, since A&M is already scheduled to meet Army at College Station in 1972. The Cadets at the Point had better brace themselves for the Aggie 12th Man! A&M has pro duced more officers for the mili tary than West Point. loans will be cancelled if not picked up. ★ ★ ★ Aggie Bowling League Organizes Tonight Organization of the Aggie All- Star Bowling League, the bowling subcommittee of the Memorial Student Center Recreation Com mittee, will be held at 7:30 to night at the Triangle Bowl, 3808 Old College Road.
