Tierney, Interstate Commerce Commission vice chair- Radio Code Class To Begin Feb. 16 A code class for radio amateurs will be conducted by the Memorial Student Center Radio Committee, starting Feb. 16. The eight-week course was an nounced by John Beckham, Ra dio Committee Communications manager. Sign-up will be conducted Feb. 16 at 7 p.m. in the radio shack above the bowling alley of the MSC. There will be no charge, except for books which will cost approximately $1.
