SC ON A Delegates
Give Impressions
Statements varying frorti
“Where are the girls?” to “And
those boots . . .” were some of the
answers given by SCONA dele
gates to the question of what
was their first impression of
A&M.
In a random survey, a dozen
SCONA delegates were asked to
comment upon their opinion of
A&M after arriving on campus
Wednesday.
Members of the delegation
from Mexico were impressed by
student friendliness and that they
were able to meet the president
of the university.
After seeing the Corps Review,
one female delegate simply re
marked, “It’s really cool!”
Nearly everyone said some
thing about the friendliness of
A&M students. As two repre
sentatives from the Naval Acad
emy put it, “That’s the big
thing.”

8:30 p.m. Friday in the Gay Room
on the second floor of the YMCA
