Supported by the National Sci ence Foundation and industrial organizations, the Visiting Sci entist Program is designed to improve science and mathematics education by making free services of professional scientists avail able to junior and senior high schools. Dr. Addison E. Lee, TAS pro gram director, said visiting sci entists discuss current knowl edge in scientific fields with stu dents and teachers. A&M faculty participants in clude Dr. Richard J. Baldauf, act ing Wildlife Science Department head, in zoology; Dr. William S. McCulley in mathematics; -Dr. A. F. Isbell in organic chemistry; ' Prof. Coleman M. Loyd in phys ics; Dr. Bruno J. Zwolinski in physical chemistry; and Dr. Ayl mer H. Thompson in meteorology. Dr. C. C. Doak, A&M professor emeritus of biology, is listed in biology. The retired professor lives in College Station. A replacement is to be named for the late Dr. Isaac I. Peters, an A&M dairy science authority in the program.
