I know that they are hungry for a win this year, but I also know that we are going to be hun grier. Hinze, from LaVega High near Waco, has been called A&M’s top lineman. He is one of the very few who plays both ways this season. At 6-1 and 221 pounds, Hinze this year is closing out an Aggie career that will find him win ning three letters in varsity foot ball. Looking back over his foot ball career at A&M, Hinze picks last year’s Texas and Rice games as both his roughest and his best. A&M beat Rice 13-6 and was “outscored” by Texas 15-13. Hinze picks University of South ern California as the roughest team the Aggies have played so far this year. He says their line was big, fast and rough. Hinze went on to say “that when the Aggies get together they will go and win some ball games this year and I believe that we are really ready to take this game from TCU.” At LaVega he was an all- around athlete. He was all-dis trict four years in football, sec ond-team all-state his junior year and first team all-state as a sen ior. He competed in track one year and won the district shot put.
