Tishler, head of A&M Uni versity’s Department of Health and Physical Education. Excess fatigue should be a thing of the past if a person exercises moderately and in accord with his physical condition and age, Tishler said. “Driving a car and walking around the house are the only exercise some people get,” he ob served. This is opposite of the body’s needs.
