The tournament will mark the first appearance of a female athle tic team representing Aggieland. The distaffers will participate in the Women’s Division of the bowl ing competition. The five girls going to Austin will be Mary Frances Badgett, Joyce Colvin, Carol Hart, Shirley Coco and Doris McCafferty. The co-eds will be accompanied by their sponsor Mrs. Gloria German. A&M’s men keglers will be try ing to better their second place finishes in the last two meets. Bowling for the Aggies will be Larry Glisan, Jim Milstead, Rich Rasmussen, Ray Snow and Dalton Hill. Representing A&M in table ten nis will be Spencer Gaille and Con verse Lewis. This year’s tourney marks the first time A&M has entered a billiards’ team. Playing cushion billiards will be Omar Flores while pocket billiards will be played by | a five state area of Texas, New Leo Montalvo. Mexico, Louisiana, Mississippi and Teams will be competing from | Oklahoma.
