It wasn’t Dad who burned the midnight oil
... or crammed for exams ... or struggled
with term papers ... or won a letter in base
ball ... or a prize in home economics.
Dad just wrote the checks . . . and the en
couraging letters . . ; and boasted to the office
force about his “kids” in school.
But this is really Dad’s graduation. For he
planned this day many years ago. And all these
years he has struggled to give his boy and girl
the kind of an education he never had.
Something else he has given them—some
thing he did have; a sound Christian faith,
manifested in loyal devotion to his Church’s
worship and work.
Better than a diploma is Dad’s reward to
day; the reverent joyous certainty that, not
only in their education, but equally in their
spiritual development, he has recognized the
needs of his children . . . and has se «. them
through.
Are you planning your children’s future—
every Sunday?

THE CHURCH FOR ALL . . .
ALL FOR THE CHURCH
The Church is the greatest factor
earth for the building of character and
good citizenship. It is a storehouse of
spiritual values. Without a strong Church 0
neither democracy nor civilization can
survive. There are four sound reasons
why every person should attend services
regularly and support the Church. They
are: (1) For his own sake. (2) For his
children's sake. (3) For the sake of his
community and nation^ (4) For the sake
of the Church itself, which needs his
moral and material support. Plan to go
to church regularly and read your Bible
