Adopts Unnecessary Code of Ethics Associated Press The Texas High School Coaches Association has adopted a code of ethics. It didn’t really need to since most of the members of this association are as ethical as they come. There never has been much criticism of Texas high school coaches in their dealings with the boys and the public.
