William H Poe, superintendent
and foreman for several Texas in
dustrial concerns during the past
12 years, has accepted a position
as field instructor for the Super
visor Training Department of the
Engineering Extension Service
Joining a tVman staff of super
visor training instructors, Poe’s
duties will include travel over
the state conducting locally sche
duled training classes designed to
help supervisors of industry and
public service improve their job
efficiency.
He ia a native of Crossett, Ark .
and received high school, junior
college and commercial college
training in Tyler. He enlisted in
the U. R. Air Force in 1942 as a
private and was honorably dis
charged in 1946 as master ser
geant
Poe lives in Bryan with his wife
and four children, and is active in
church and civic affairs.
