Miss Anna Bines, Fort Worth home economist, will conduct the demonstration. She will include Short Of Money? Miss Bines, who was a home economist with the National Live stock and Meat Board for seven years, will explain how to identify and cook all meat cuts, with em phasis on getting the most from the money spent for meat. She will prepare various cuts of meat by broiling, roasting, brais ing and stewing. Tickets will be on sale at the door at 25 cents per pei'son. The demonstration is open to the pub lic. Crawford gave the opening talk at the first session of the 11th annvial Conference for Protective Relay Engineers Monday after noon. More than 150 persons from 20 different states are attending the three-day meeting which is being held in the Memorial Student Cen ter. L. M. Haupt, professor of electri cal engineering, is the chairman of the conference which is sponsored by the Electrical Engineering’ De partment. Crawford said a conference of this kind which can draw so many men from so many states is cer tainly a credit to the man and the department that had the initiative to get it started.
