According to Geiger, any regular enrolled Aggie may enter this team tournament. The teams will be composed of five members from an outfit or dormitory. Publica tions wishing to enter teams may also do so. In addition, outfits may enter more than one team. The teams will bowl three games apiece in a regular scratch tourna ment with all A. B. C. rules ap plicable. The top ten Aggies of the MSC-sponsored Bowling Com mittee are ineligible to enter. If a team cannot bowl on the weekend scheduled, they must ar range to bowl at another time be fore the 26-27 of April, provided they clear with tournament secre tary Lee Wilson, employee of the Bowling & Games Department. The entry fee will be $1.25 per member or $6.25 per earn and* must accompany each entry. The deadline for team entries is mid night, April 14. Bollfrass’ honors included 1st Marksman in the .22 cal. ag gregate, 2nd Marksman in .38 cal., 1st Marksman with the .45 pistol and 1st Marksman in the Grand Aggregate for his class with 2294 points of a possible 2790. Ferrald G. Belote, Aggie Team Captain collected four medals in cluding 2nd Marksman in .22 ag gregate and 2nd place in .38 cal. 20 shot Timed Fire match. Ray McKnight had a 2nd Marksman place in .22 cal. 20 shot Timed Fire and was a member of the .45 cal. 1st Marksman Team. By FRED MEURER Unpredictable spring weather has turned the Corps baseball program into a maze of postponed games, hurriedly rescheduled contests and general confusion as the eager but restricted cadets have been able to get only a thix-d of the first round of play under .the wire. Both the Air Force and Army leagues have played only five games in the first two weeks of the season. March, generally known as the month of wind, has literally poured havoc on the pro gram in the form of almost con stant rains and cold weather. And April, the month of RAIN, looms just around the corner, leav ing no relief in sight. In the Air Force, two groups have dominated play. The 3rd Group currently leads the league with three wins, over the 6th, 4th and 1st groups in that order. Close on their heels is the 5th Gvoup, with victories over the 2nd and 6th groups. The dorm, to be named Junction Manor, will house 100 athletes in comfortable and modern style. Included in its facilities will be a spacious lounge area, a large apartment for the house mother, who Avill serve as hostess, annd her husband, and large rooms for the athletes to live in. Adjoining the dormitory will be a swimming pool, complete with a large bath house. An added feature which will make the dorm more liveable will be the complete — once-a-day — maid service.
