DETROIT </P) — Associate Mu
nicipal Judge T. McWilliams of
subuxban Dearbox-n entered the
courtxoom and pounded the gavel.
The bailiff called out the first case:
“The people against Associate Mu
nicipal Judge John T. McWilliams,”
and handed him three unpaid park
ing tickets. The judge found him
self guilty on two of the counts
and fined himself $10 with an
alternative of four days in jail. He
paid the fine. On the third ticket,
he argued with himself, upheld his
argument and dismissed the
charge.
