The Rev. and Mrs. Scott . of
Cleveland will lead the Sunday ser

Mrs. Dan Scbates historian of
the College Station chapter of the
Daughters of the American Revo
lution, presented the DAR History
Award and the DAR Citizenship
Award to Marilyn Davis.
The Babe Ruth Sportsmanship
Awards were presented to David
Webb and Deanne Skrivanek by
Hayes.
Edward Linton, J. B. Carroll,
Charles Arnold, Manuel Garcia,
and Grant Lindsey were announ
ced as “Good Citizens of the
Month”. Don Patton was recog
nized as a representative to the
annual Lone Star Boy’s State.
Seven seniors and three juniors
were named by Superintendent of
Schools Dr. L. S. Richardson to
the National Honor Society. They
were seniors Margaret Berry,
Marilyn Davis, Ann Fleming, Mary
Lynn Hartung, Mike McGuire,
Anna Parsons and Marcia Smith.
Juniors were Maurice Olian, Char
les Delaplane and Jo Ann Walker.
A&M Christian Church
Worship services at 11 a.m. will
follow coffee at 9:30 and Sunday
School at 9:45. The Children’s
Fellowship and the Disciples Stu
dent Fellowship will not meet for
the remainder of the summer.
Wesley Foundation
Vespers will be held at 7 tonight
at the Foundation.
Church of Christ
Sunday School will begin at 9:45
followed by services at 10:45. The
Young People’s Class will meet at
