K&K Klub Show Set For April 28
About 50 dairy heifers will be
shown by A&M students in the
Kream and Kow Klub’s annual
Spring Dairy Show at the college
dairy cattle center April 28.
Eight classes of heifers will be
shown, and judged on their fitting
and showmanship. The animals are
from the college herd and are being
prepared for the show by students
in the School of Agriculture.
Larry L. Burleson, county agent
for Wharton County, has been ask
ed to judge the show.

The Senior Ring Committee rules that
the preliminary grades for the Spring
Semester 1956 be considered as the final
grade in determining a student’s eligibility
to order the A. and M. ring. Such students
may now leave their names with the ring
clerk in the Registrar’s office. Their rec
ords will be checked and eligibility for the
ring will be determined by April 12th,
1956.
Orders for the ring will he taken between
April 12th and June 1st for July 10th
delivery. The Ring Clerk is on duty from
8:00 A.M. to 12 noon Tuesdays through
Saturdays each week. Rings must he paid

Upon compliance with Article II. Section
7. of the City Charter, the following terri

of Lot 1. Woodland Estates Addition to the
City of College Station, Texas.

Last night’s class dealt with skin
care and make up application. Each
girl enrolled was checked in
dividually and then shown the pro
per procedure for caring for the
skin and applying makeup.
The second lesson will be devoted
to the following: learning to walk,
standing properly and correct pos
ture. Those present at the second
lesson who were also enrolled last
night, will be checked on their make
up application.
The last lesson will involve learn
ing foundation control, sitting pro
perly and correct procedure for
carrying a purse.
Mrs. Freeman, a resident of Col
lege Station, was a model in
structor for the Patricia Stephens
Modeling School in Dallas for four
years. She has taught modeling all
over the country, had a beauty
school in Amarillo and also had a
television show for three months
in Dallas teaching beauty care.
