All college students, ministers, faculty, or other persons associa ted with college student groups are invited to attend this conference. This is an attempt to bring the students of this area into an ex perience of Christian community through study and fellowship. Dr. Elton Trueblood, professor of philosophy and noted author- lecturer from Earlham College, Ind., will be the principal speaker. The author of 14 books on phil osophy and religion, Dr. True blood holds degrees from Harvard, Johns Hopkins, Washington and Lee, Miami, and Vermont Univer sities, and Penn and Ripon Col lege. At present he is director and president of the Yokefellow Foun dation, having previously resigned as chief of religious information for the U. S. Information Agency. Dr. Trueblood will address the conference on the genera] theme, “Where to From Here.” His topic will be: “The Present Status of the Christian Cause”, “Movement in Depth”, “A Personal Discipline”, “The Formation of a Task Force”, and “The Meaning of Commit ment.” Following each lecture will be a question period after which the group will break up into smaller units to study Dr. Trueblood’s pre sentation. Dr. Noel Keith, head, Depart ment of Religion, Texas Christian University, will lead Bible discus sions. Dr. Keith served as spe cial assistant to the President of TCU and is listed in “Who’s Who in the Southwest” and “Directory of American Scholars.” Meetings will be held in the Wes ley Foundation and the A&M Methodist church. Registration be gins tomorrow afternoon at 3 at the A&M Methodist Church. The opening worship begins at 7:30 p.m. The conference will adjourn Sunday, following noon meal.
