K. Walker. Window sills and inside walls are being repainted this week by workmen. Workmen are repaint ing the Mechanical" Engineering Shops, remodeling- Francis Hall, the former veterinary medicine building, anti remodeling the YM CA. Work on the YMCA has been in progress all year. It is being com pletely remodeled on the inside to accommodate offices which are now in Goodwin Hall. Questionnaire Out On Faculty Club A questionnaire to investigate the possibility of organizing a Fac ulty Club for A&M has been dis tributed to faculty and staff mem bers. The Questionnaire Committee, appointed by President Jack Kent of the local chapter of the Ameri can Association of University Pro fessors, is composed of Dr. Dan Davis, Omer Spei-ry and Walter Saucier. Questions include extent to which the club would be used, amount of financial support staff members Boeing has many positions open for graduating and graduate students. These opportunities are in all branches of Engineering (AE, CE, EE, ME and related fields). Also needed are Physicists and Mathematicians with advanced degrees. Social Club Presents Luncheon-Style Show A luncheon-style show display ing the latest clothes for Easter, and summer play, travel and party was held by the Social Club in the Memorial Student Center ballroom Friday at noon. Newcomer’s Club, a branch of the Social Club, sponsored the style show that was presented hy Les ters’ Smart Shop. Mrs. Jack K. Gilbert acted as commentator, introducing the mod els and pointing out distinctive feature of the costumes. Models were Mesdames J. D. Claiborne, W. E. Whittington, F. J. Konecny, K. II. Drummond, L. Retreat Planned For I nternationals International students on t h e A&M campus will be invited to join with those of other Texas colleges in a weekend retreat to Bastrop State Park, March 30-31. The retreat is sponsored hy the state-wide Baptist Student Union and is open to all international students, regardless of religious preference, according to Cliff Har ris, director of the A&M BSU. The park is located about 30 miles southeast of Austin. Bill Havens, room 73, Milner Hall, is in charge of retreat plans for A&M. Be sure to add a dash of basil to tomato sauce for omelet.
