In addition to his teaching, Hamil ton does consultant work in the area of marital adjustments and personality problems. Dr. Hamilton is author of “Work Book in Marital Psychology,” and co-author of “Work Book in Adol escent Psychology,” and “Work Book in Adolescent Development.” REV. CARL E.. HACKER, Luth eran Student Foundation, Univer sity of Texas, will live in Dormitory 1 and will lead the forums and discussion groups for Dormitories 1 and 3 and be available for con ferences during the week. Rev. Hacker He is presently instructor, Luth eran Bible Chair, at U.T. and is the Executive Director of the Lutheran Student Foundation. Hacker came to Texas in 1953 after serving as pastor in several churches in Penn sylvania and Ohio. Dr. Robert I. Kahn, Rabbi, Tem ple Emanu El, Houston, will live in Dormitory 15 and lead the forums and discussion groups for that dorm and the two top floors of Dor mitory 17. After a three- year chaplaincy in the Army with two years service in combat in fantry overseas, Kahn was elected Chaplain of the American Legion, Department of Texas, and is now, in addition to his rabbinic post, Chaplain to the Veterans Admin istration Hospital in Houston, and Jewish Consultant Chaplain at El lington Air Force Base. A native of Iowa, Kahn was or dained at Hebrew Union College of Cincinnati in 1935 and has been a resident of Houston since that time. He received his Doctor of Hebrew Letters from that same college in 1950. DR. ELLIS NELSON, Austin Theological Seminary, Austin, will live in the Board of Directors Rooms and lead the Faculty’s Forum and dis cussion groups each night in the YMCA. He will be available for counseling during the week. An outstanding educator, Dr. Nelson was National Director of Youth work for the Presbyterian Church, U.S., from 1945 to 1948. He is a professor at the Austin Theological Seminai'y and is in structor in Bible at the University of Texas. His education was received at A&M and Austin College; his min isterial training at Austin Presby terian Seminary; and graduate study at the University of Texas, and Andover Newton Theological School. Dr. Kahn Dr. Nelson Oneila Pierce New Head For TCFR Mrs. Oneita W. Pierce, area su pervisor, Texas Education Agency of Denton, was elected president of the Texas Council on Family Relations at the closing session of its tenth annual conference at the Memorial Student Center last week. She succeeds Mrs. Eloise Johnson, Extension family life specialist of College Station.
