Social Whirl
Aggie Wives Bridge Club will
meet at 7:30 tonight in the Me
morial Student Center.
Hostesses will be Pat Henderson
and Barbara Jones, regulars; Syl-
reague and Janie Johnston, in
termediates;. and Mona Monical and
Margaret Brown, beginners.
The Christmas party will be Dec.
15 the Guild Hall at St. Thomas
Episcopal Church, 906 Jersey St.

American Veterinary Medical
Association Student Wives Auxil
iary will hold their Christmas party
tonight at 8 in the social room of
the Memorial Student Center.
Refreshments will consist of
spice tea and a decorated cake. The
Rev. Mr. Robert L. Darwall, Epis
copal minister, will speak to the
group.

Wives of Animal Husbandry ma
jors will meet at 7:30 tonight in
the library of the Animal Husban
dry Building to organize a wives’
club.

A&M Garden Club will hold a
Christmas tea from 2:30 to 5 p.m.
b riday at the home of Mrs. Ed.
Baker, at Baker’s Farm in the
Brazos Bottom.

Range and Forestry Wives Club
will hold a Christmas party at 5:30
p.m. Saturday in Hensel Park. Hus
bands and children will also attend
the covered dish supper.

Geology Wives Club will hold
their Christmas party at 8 p.m.
Saturday in the St. Thomas Epis
copal Chapel.
The informal affair will be more
of an old fashioned Christmas par
ty with prizes awarded in the
games which will include Charades.
Sherbet and gingerale punch,
will be served and members are
bringing sandwiches, cheese dip,
fritos, and potato chips.
Each couple will bring a 25 cent
gift to exchange. Husbands are
invited to attend.
Club members are going carol
ing Monday evening at the local
hospitals.

Chemical Engineering Wives
Club will hold their Christmas
party at 7:39 p.m. Monday in the
south solarium of the YMCA.
Punch and Christmas cookies will
be served and a Christmas story
will be presented. Background mu
sic will consist of Christmas rec
ords.
Members are asked to bring an
extra guest to the affair.

Family Study Group will meet
Tuesday. The puipose of the club
is to enable members to understand
problems that arise in the family.

Mrs. Lewis Davis at 4-9801. .

The Dames Club meeting Tues
day at 8 p.m. in the YMCA will
feature Ed Ambrister, a represen
tative of Minnesota Mining and
Manufacturing Co.
Ambrister will demonstrate the
various types of bows for Christ
mas packages as well as other oc
casions.
The company is' furnishing the
ribbon but members are asked to
bring scissors and a small roll of
scotch tape. All student wives are
invited to attend this meeting.
The club Christmas party will be
held Dec. 16 at Hensel Park Lodge.

Club will meet at 7:30 p.m. Tues
day in the lobby of the Agriculture
Engineering Building.
