Tippit, assistant research economist at the Texas Engineer ing Experiment Station, was one of four principal speakers at the annual management conference of the Centi’al Texas Municipal Util ities Institute held in Austin re cently. Using the city of Brenham as an example, Tippit described how a city is analyzed for suitability as an industrial center. Stockton got the College Station team out in oi’dei' in the last half of the inning, and the ball game was over. Pugh had 12 strikeouts and is sued 2 walks. Halfback Bob Hoexnschemeyer of the Detroit Lions in the NFL com pleted three passes in seven at tempts in 1954. All three were good for touchdowns.
