A report on a workshop in
educational measurement and
evaluation conducted at Texas
A & M College last week,
will be presented to the Texas
Education Agency. The agency
will use the material in the publi
cation of a pamphlet on measure
ments and evaluation for state
distribution.
Twenty-one teachei’S and admin
istrators of the public schools of
Texas attended the workshop con
ducted by the Department of Edu
cation and Psychology, under the
direction of Di\ W. P. Ewens, pro
fessor of education and psychology.
This was qne of four workshops
held in the state this summer in
cooperation with the Texas Com
mittee on Educational Measure
ments and Evaluation.
